Manager

We’re looking for an experienced manager to join the growing Post team alongside Ted and Lois. You’ll be responsible for

• Leading and supporting the team during service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests

• Maintaining and overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant and shop, including service flow, stock, and rostering

• Ensuring all operational, hygiene, and safety standards are met

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday availability is essential

• Part-time hours, but all very flexible, if you’d like take on extra shifts during the week, or just stick to weekends, we’ll work with you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience and is confident leading a small team in a busy environment

• Takes pride in smooth operations and attention to detail

• Enjoys both front-of-house interaction and behind-the-scenes management
