Every Sunday at Post, we offer a set sharing menu that champions our local producers and celebrates the produce from our own garden.
For starters, a selection of seasonal sides for all to share, followed by our take on the traditional Sunday lunch. On Sunday 22 June this will be Fred’s roast chicken: crisp-skinned and tender, and served on a sharing platter along with a changing selection of summer vegetables harvested fresh from the Post plot. To finish, a deliciously satisfying pudding that sings of the season.
Our Sunday menu changes weekly, shaped by what’s ripe and ready, and what we’re most excited to cook. Over the summer months, we will be cooking:
22 June - Roast chicken | 29 June - Braised shoulder of lamb | 6 July - Roast pork belly | 13 July - Braised feather steak of beef
