Assistant General Manager
We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day running of our restaurant and bottleshop. You’ll work closely with Ted to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage service, and help lead a small, motivated front-of-house team. A good knowledge of wine, cider, and hospitality operations is key, along with solid industry experience.
Chef de partie
We’re hiring a Chef de Partie to join our open kitchen where everything’s made from scratch using produce we grow ourselves or source from small-scale farmers. You’ll work alongside chefs Fred and Owen, both with Michelin experience, learning and refining your craft as part of a collaborative team. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone with good kitchen experience, a great attitude, and a passion for sustainability.
